    We have eductor powered pneumatic conveying lines (3" nominal bore). The eductors have hard metal liners and the throats are wearing badly in under 6 weeks.

    Would ceramic liners work in this application?

    Yes ceramics can be used.

    Paul this is something we have been doing for several years with a high level of success.
    We have a proprietary ceramic product unlike most in the fact it will not peel or chip.
    If you send me your email address I can send you some photo's as well as other applications .
    Pumps, pulley lagging, fans etc.
