    Lime sand brick making machine

    Honorific Customer

I would like to introduce our new machine--- Sand lime/Fly ash brick making machine to you.

High automatization controlled by FLC. Saving labor, only need 8--10 person in total system. The bricks are good in strength, cold resistance, break resistance, pressure resistance up to 15 grade. The main materials of the Lime Sand brick is: Sand: Lime=89:11. The above proportioning can be adjusted by product strength grade and the actual status of raw materials. So the cost is so cheapness for Middle East customers. The products can fully replace the traditional clay brick in terms of price and performance depending on high quality and low cost.
Please contact HAIYUAN to see more details about the Autoclaved Lime Sand brick machine. We can promise to you that HAIYUAN is the best one in the China and also keep ahead in the world market!!

We also produce other press machines such as Automatic Series Presses for Ceramic Wall & Floor Tile, Penetrative Tile/Square Tile and paper machines, many of which supply a gap of these fields in China.

Based on the technical technology of authoritative scientific & technological institution, Haiyuan combined the equipments and the techniques for the first time and built the full set of solid waste utilization technical system, which applies to different combination of solid wastes to produce autoclaved fly ash brick and lime sand brick (utilization of solid waste above 90%). One production line can utilize the solid waste up to 100,000 tons. The products can fully replace the traditional clay brick in terms of price and performance depending on high quality and low cost.
Furthermore, this production line with remarkable economic and social benefits is also suitable to utilize other kinds of solid waste to make autoclaved and sintered bricks, such as high doping fly ash sintered brick, coal gangue sintered brick, various blocks and bricks made of stone chips, construction waste, fired living waste slag, waste earth and desulfurized gypsum from power plant etc.

    Dear sofiahanyi,

this brick making machine you are offering looks pretty interesting and professional. The picture of the machine is quite impressive.

However, I am posting to you in hope that you can assist me with a question to additional brick handling machines. I am asking you because I hope you have got some experience with such equipment.

Could you possibly assist and recommend any brick palletising machine or palletising system capable or specialised for automatic or semi-automatic palletising of bricks?

Any palletiser manufacturing company or brand you can recommend in this regard? The palletising system can be China made or from another Asian or European manufacturer or from America. No matter, there are no preferences in this regard. But it should be a good quality palletising machine making company with experience in brick palletising and good service.

Also of course brick conveying from your machine to the palletiser as well as a pallet conveying system would be of interest.

If you or any other member of this forum has got any information about such palletising machines and can recommend good suppliers please post a reply here.

    All the Best
    Torsten

    Clay brick making machine

The company is involved in the entire process of designing, supplying equipment and building and starting up brick - making factories, tile - making plants and other enterprises that produce construction materials. We create design estimates, perform research and analysis on raw materials, supply and assemble equipment, build kilns for firing bricks and tiles and test out and start-up the finished factories.
Among other solutions that we widely advertise and offer to our clients is the dry - pressing method, which uses kilns with removable panels. The profitability of this technology exceeds 200%. A brick - making factory we recently built has production costs of US$ 0.03 per brick. This can be regarded as the best example of the quality of our work and the thoughtfulness that we put into every project.

New brick making technology and machinery

We offer the dry-pressing method of brick-making. This process includes drying the clay in a drum-drier for about 10 to 15 minutes, then using a crusher to grind it into powder, and then, finally, putting it into a toggle press to make the finished bricks.

Since pressing is performed at 8 to 10 percent of powder moisture, the pressed bricks do not require any further drying and are fed directly into the kiln right after pressing. This eliminates the energy costs associated with drying green bricks and the additional costs of admixtures that are normally used to improve the bricks' drying properties.

Even in cases where there are salts in the clay, they do not appear on the bricks' surface. The technological equipment we use is much simpler and consumes less power than other such technologies. In addition, the costs of building our factories are lower, because dry-pressing equipment is much less expensive to buy than other types of similar equipment.

Also, the size of the factory itself is much smaller; there is no brick-drying section, which usually takes up significant space.

Comparative analysis of the production process at different brick-making factories shows that by implementing the dry-pressing method of brick-making, costs per brick can be reduced by 300 percent, thus providing higher profits to the producer.

It should be stressed that dry-pressing factories take up three times less space than factories employing the extrusion method, and construction costs at those factories are five times less expensive.

For brick firing we recommend using circular kilns with removable panels. Such equipment combines the advantages of a circular kiln and a tunnel furnace. That is, on the one hand, the equipment is completely power-driven, and on the other hand, it doesn't require a fleet of kiln trolleys. In batches of 300 to 500, bricks are loaded into the kiln and unloaded from it through a panel.

After loading is completed, the panel is covered with fireproof plates, and firing is performed in the same way as in a regular circular kiln.

Dispersed gas extraction is an advantage of such a kiln. It guarantees the production of bricks of a higher quality than those made in a tunnel furnace.

Our kilns are cost-effective and consume significantly less gas and power than other types. The construction costs of these kilns are 200 percent less than the costs for a similar tunnel furnace.

A circular kiln with a removable panel and a potential annual production capacity of 15 million bricks is only 45 meters long.

We provide the most cost-effective technology, from raw clay to finished brick.

    Dear Sir
I like the idea about pressing the raw material for brick production.
But i am not so sure about the firing method, that is probably i dont know much about it?

  8. Thumbs up Just looking for a cheap block making machine

    Hi all!

I'm from Mallorca, Spain in i'm looking for a cheap block making machine.

Since 2016 we have contacted most construction companies in Spain. Our intention is to be intermediaries. Sell concrete block at cheap price and for them we have two solutions:

The first is to buy the blocks to companies that manufacture directly, but prices are high and the profit margin is very small. Seeing that January and February were good months but have little profit, we want to buy a machine for making concrete blocks, our primary customer needs in large quantities. We want to buy a block making machine, and we see that there are many companies that offer this machinery in Spain. For example, we have contacted http://www.concrete-machinery.com/ (Rometa), a company that since 1956 produces concrete plants and block making machines in Barcelona. The prices were high and I would like to ask if anyone knows any company that sells this machinery with a cheapper cost. Obviously we want quality, we will have more customers in the next two months..

We need good price and quality.

Someone recommend us Rometa? Someone knows others companies?

    Sir;

Can your machine produce brick profile with 'V' shape bottom and mating top (peak), 'V'shape right-end side and mating left-end side? My main concern is the 'V' shape bottom being part of 4-sided interlocking system and may require a special pallet instead of the common flat palett.

I could send you by email some mortar-less QuickBrickBlock images I have developed for building and landscaping.

Your early reply will be appreciated.

    A.J. Bilka
