Hugh McCoy has been promoted to Director of Operations for Erie Foods
International, Inc. and will be responsible for operations at both the Erie
and Rochelle manufacturing locations.

Hugh will draw on his four years in sales, plant management and custom processing with EFI as well as his 20 plus years of previous plant operations to focus on diversification in products and services for domestic and international customers. Hugh will continue to manage the custom processing division and service current accounts as well as develop new business ventures.
