    Dear Sir/Madam,

    We are pleased to introduce ourselves as manufacturers of import substitute Air Classification Plant for processing various minerals.

    From our UM-I (HP) range of state of the art plant various minerals viz. Calcite, Dolomite, Barytes, China Clay (Kaolin), Mica, Silica etc. can be processed.

    This plant is designed to efficiently separate the fines and coarse oversize particles from the feed material of 300 to 500 mesh powder and provide consistent and accurate cut sized product having much higher price realization.

    Our plant is capable of producing complete range of micronised mineral grades having topcut of 20, 10 and 5 microns having mean particle size of 5, 3 and 1.5 respectively.

    We are also manufacturing Dry & Wet Grinding Mills.

    MICA WET GRINDING

    DEAR SIRS,

    WE ARE INTERESTED IN A PRODUCTION PLANT/MACHINERY THAT PRODUCES WET GROUND MICA POWDER OF 5000-10000 KGS PER DAY OF 16 HOURS OPERATION TO BE INSTALLED IN INDIA. THE MEDIUM OF GRINDING SHOULD BE WATER.

    THE INPUT MATERIAL IS 20-80 MESH MICA FLAKES.
    THE OUT PUT PARTICLE SIZE SHOULD BE 44 MICRON WITH 1%
    RETENTION ON SEIVE.

    PLEASE SUGGEST/OFFER US SUITABLE MACHINE/PLANT TO
    ACHEIVE THE OUT PUT OF 5-10 MT PER DAY OF DRIED READY
    TO PACK WET GROUND MICA POWDER.

    PLEASE ALSO OFFER AN INTEGRATED DRYING EQUIPMENT TO DRY
    THE POWDER GROUND IN THE WET MILL.

    We are interested in your milling equipment which we intend to use for limestone, baryte and hydrated lime to be ground to 325 mesh.
    We need a machine that will produce 5000kg/h minimum.
    Kindly send us info on cost of any such machine if available and any additional information.
