C-Lever – the clever Solid Flow Meter

With the C-Lever REMBE offers a unique maintenance-free solid flow meter, which is extremly accurate (0.25 %).

The system is suitable for all free-flowable solids within a density range between 0.02 – 3 kg/l.

The C-lever measures the centripetal force which is caused by the product running over a curved slide. This force is guided into a high precision load – cell . The resulting voltage signal is conditioned by a „state of the art“ electronics and then displayed in kg/h and kg ( absolut ).

The C-Lever flowmeter is able to measure solids within a flow range from 0.5 to 50 m3/h independent from density or particle size.

Due to the high measuring speed the C-Lever is ideal for accurate batching from a few grams up to many tons.

    Typical applications:

    • constant flow control

    • master/slave control

    • truck batching and bag filling
