    Air-Cushioned Twin Belt Elevators Inquiry

    Dear Dr. Wohlbier,

Our enduser would like to order four set air-cushioned twin belt elevators which will be used in a grain silo and with the capacity of 1000 t/h and a lift height of 20 m - 50 m.

Would you please indicate suitable suppliers?

    Twin Belt Elevators

    Mr. ZiJun Chinn

At Dos Santos Iternational we are the world's foremost authorities on sandwich belt high angle conveyors. These are also referred to as twin belt conveyors. We are not familiar with any successful air cushioned sandwich systems though such have been proposed and attempted in the past.

Our DSI Snake Sandwich High-Angle conveyors use a profile geometry, that takes advantage of the belt tensions, to derive a radial hugging pressure. Our DSI Snakes will undoubtably meet your requirements. Please visit our web site if you wish to know more. Please contact me if you would like a proposal for your particular requirements.
