    ACO Moisture Measuring Systems

    ACO (AutomationComponents )
Moisture Measuring Systems and Industrial Components
introduces the new moisture sensor DMMS in Eex-version.

It is applicable for almost all bulk materials, granulates, powders, mixings and blending, pastes, concrete and aggregates of all kind of industries even under harshest conditions.

The water content (moisture) is measured in-situ (real time) and the process can now be controlled, monitored and recorded. It has been developped from competent experience of our clients for permanent application. It works with the principle of capacity determination in a high frequency field and can be integrated in any existing process with small installation efforts.

This moisture sensor has the Ex-permission for
    Ex-Zone 20/21(dust) for ATEX CE II 1/2D, T 80C IP6x EEx ia II C and
    Ex-Zone 0/1(gas) for ATEX CE II 1/2G, EEx d [ia] II C T6

Parameter programmable via PC (WIN95/98/NT); integrated micro controller, average function, limit evaluation, material flow controlled, digital processing of actual values, sensor replacement without new calibration is standard!
This moisture sensor has a measuring depth of approx. 120 to 140 mm (depending on the material) and and measures the core and surface moisture of the product.

With a housing of stainless steel and a measuring surface of highly wear out resistant industrial ceramic the sensor stands even very abrasive materials.
The ACO Moisture Measuring Systems can be adapted to meet the customers requirements and convince by an optimum price/performance ratio.
